Tofu & Pear Soup

Especially good for Autumn Tofu & Pear Soup Ingredients: 1lb: Hard or soft tofu 2 pears sliced 2 slices of fresh ginger 1 small onion sliced Soy sauce Directions: Saute the ginger, onions, and tofu in a little sesame oil.
